Bailey Italia is a family business, owned and run by Les Bailey and his family. It’s situated above a caravan and leisure store (Atlas Leisure) also run by Mr Bailey, and it has been a dream of his to open up his own coffee shop for many years since he visited Portugal and ate at a similar café and ice cream parlour by the beach.

Now obviously Old Trafford has no beach but Bailey Italia does have its own covered and heated balcony, great for relaxing during the summer months with an ice cream, or chilling out during the winter with a cup of hot chocolate.

Our staff are fully trained baristas and will be very happy to serve you a great tasting freshly ground coffee made from finest blend of coffee beans. Plus we have a fantastic range of other hot and cold drinks including hot chocolate, teas and infusions, iced coffees and milkshakes.

Our sandwiches are all prepared on the premises using bread baked freshly each day. Choose your own combination of fillings.

We have seating for around 60 people - take your choice from bistro style coffee tables or lounge in our large leather sofas. Ideal for business or pleasure.
